Always impressed by your astrophotography. :)

Have you ever imaged using a barn-door tracker? I'm contemplating building one (the weather here involves lots of rain so I get to at least work on telescope related stuff even if I don't get to image with them too often. ;)

I've never tried a barn door tracker, but they should work well with exposures of 5 min at 50mm or less focal length (you'll probably want to be wider than 30mm with a APS-C DSLR because of the crop factor)
